Practice Note SC CL 2

On 27 June 2014 Chief Justice Tom Bathurst AC re-issued Practice Note SC CL 2, which applies to committals for trial or sentence and ex-officio indictments in the Criminal List of the Common Law Division. The Practice Note replaces former Practice Note SC CL 2, which commenced on 1 October 2013. The re-issued version commenced yesterday, 1 July 2014.
