Referral of His Honour Judge G W Neilson to the Judicial Commission of NSW

The Attorney General, the Hon Brad Hazzard MP, has today announced that he will refer His Honour Judge Garry Neilson of the District Court to the Judicial Commission in respect of his recently reported comments.

The Association has also today issued a media release following the Attorney General's announcement.
