Court user satisfaction survey

The Family Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit Court will conduct a user satisfaction survey throughout August 2014. The information gathered during such exercises assists with the delivery of better services and facilities for litigants and lawyers alike. Volunteer interviewers will be stationed at the major registries to conduct the surveys, but if legal practitioners don't have the time to spare going into or out of court, the survey may be completed online here.
