Indigenous law students spend a day at the Supreme Court
07/08/2014

Last night the Mum Shirl Fund and the Supreme Court of NSW were joint hosts for a delightful social function for Indigenous law students. It capped off a very successful day in which the students spent one-on-one time with judges, gaining first hand experience in the work of the legal profession and the courts. The Hon Justice Margaret Beazley AO spoke at the gathering, which was also attended by Attorney General Brad Hazzard, President Jane Needham SC and a number of bar councillors.
