Local Court Practice Note Crim 1 - Case Management of Criminal Proceedings in the Local Court was amended on 8 August 2014. Paragraph 12.5(f)-(g) has been deleted following the commencement of the Bail Act 2013 and Chapter 13, as it relates to forum sentencing, has been amended. Learn more here.
