Who's that next to Barwick?

The Bar Association does have some valuable photographs in its archive, but cataloguing them can be difficult. In Garfield Barwick's file, InBrief uncovered this one in an envelope, simply labelled "The Table". Some of the people around this table are well known. Others less so.
