UNSW is hosting a special seminar on Civil Justice Reform. Among the speakers are the Right Hon Lord Dyson speaking on the Jackson reforms to civil justice in the England and Wales; Chief Justice James Allsop AO on costs management; and Angela Bowne SC on alternative dispute resolution and the courts. The seminar will be held on Tuesday, 9 September 2014 at 1.00pm - 5.00pm, at Herbert Smith Freehills, Level 34, ANZ Tower 161 Castlereagh Street, Sydney.
