Common Law Practice Update 64

The Bar Association's Common Law Committee has released Practice Update 64, with case notes on ss 3A and 33 and 34 of the Motor Accidents Compensation Act 1999 (NSW), ss 5B and 5R and 15B of the Civil Liability Act 2002 (NSW) as well as non-delegable duties/liability of schools/vicarious liability and contributory negligence.
