BOCSAR report shows crime rates stable or falling

Yesterday, the Bureau of Crime Statistics and Research (BOCSAR) released NSW Recorded Crime Statistics: June 2014 quarterly report. It shows that in the 24 months to June 2014, none of the major offence categories showed a significant upward trend across the state as a whole. Seven of the major offences showed significant downward trends while the remaining 10 offences were stable. View the report here.
