Compulsory Drug Treatment Correctional Centre gets a boost

The Drug Court Legislation Amendment Bill 2014 was passed by the Legislative Council last night and is awaiting royal assent. The bill implements recommendations arising from a review of the compulsory drug treatment program, which Attorney General Hazzard says will allow more drug dependent prison inmates to get treatment at Parklea Prison's Compulsory Drug Treatment Correctional Centre.
