Mediation accreditation, District Court mediation list and Family Law Settlement Service

Applications are now open for barristers seeking mediation accreditation or re-accreditation with the New South Wales Bar Association as well as appointment to the District Court mediation list and the Family Law Settlement Service panel. The single application form for all of these processes is available here. Please note that hard copies of the application form will be available at the Mediation Masterclass at the Sheraton on the Park, Saturday, 16 August. Applications close 5.00pm Thursday, 25 September.
