Ombudsman's report on policing intoxicated and disorderly conduct

Attorney General Brad Hazzard has tabled the NSW Ombudsman's report on section 9 of the Summary Offences Act 1988, which established the offence of continuing intoxicated and disorderly behaviour following the giving of a move on direction by police. Read the report here.
