Reflections on the origins of the parens patriae jurisdiction

On Wednesday, 15 October 2014 Justice Francois Kunc and Kathleen Heath will present a Francis Forbes Society legal history tutorial entitled: "Dented and rusty like a suit of armour? Reflections on the origins of the parens patriae jurisdiction". The venue will be Court No 1 in the Hospital Road Court Complex, with entrance through the chambers of Lindsay J. The tutorial will commence at 5.10pm and conclude no later than 6.10pm. Materials will be distributed early next week. All are welcome.
