Experts: why are they different?
The Honourable Justice Ian Harrison is the Chief Judge in Common Law in the Supreme Court of NSW.
In this session Justice Harrison will address the issue of expert evidence including the considerations relevant to inclusion or exclusion of evidence, unfair prejudice and the factors relevant to weight. His Honour’s considerable experience in Common Law, including jury trials and bench trials, will make this session valuable to advocates appearing both in Common Law and in Equity.
