Preparation for Mediation: What Your Client and You Must Know

The ADR Committee are delighted to host the first in a series of 'fireside chats' on Wednesday 1 June via Zoom. This 'fireside chat' session will feature guest speaker Max Kimber SC speaking on the topic of 'Preparation for Mediation: What Your Client and You Must Know'. The event will be chaired by Mary Walker OAM, Chair of the NSW Bar Association's ADR Committee. The event will focus on how to prepare for mediation and will have the capacity for members to ask questions and raise issues related to the topic. The guest speaker will be invited to speak for around 25-30 minutes, after which an open Q&A session moderated by the Chair will take place.
