The Bar Association has made a submission to the Australian Human Rights Commission’s ongoing project concerning the relationship between human rights and technology.

The Association’s submission included reflections on the impact of artificial intelligence on human rights generally, as well as discussion of the challenges and policy questions raised by the COVID-19 pandemic for the use of technology in the justice system and community.
