The Wellbeing Committee has your new year's resolutions all sorted. Following the success of 'Nutrition and Healthy Eating in 2021', the Wellbeing Committee has organised the next three webinars in its Eat, Sleep, Move program, to take place in February 2021. Register now!

  • The Benefits of Sleep, Thursday, 4 February 2021, presented by Professor Sharon Naismith, a clinical neuropsychologist, National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) Dementia Leadership Fellow and holder of the Leonard P Ullman Chair in Psychology at the University of Sydney.

  • Resistance Training, Thursday, 11 February 2021, presented by Professor Fiatarone-Singh, a geriatrician whose research, clinical and teaching career has focused on the integration of medicine, exercise physiology and nutrition as a means to improve health status and quality of life across the lifespan.

  • Key Moves, Thursday, 18 February 2021, presented by Josephine Key, an author, mentor and practising neuromuscular-skeletal physiotherapist.
