Tomorrow: Mediation and ADR in Equity

The Succession and Elder Law Committee is pleased to host a CPD seminar presented by Justice Elisabeth Peden and Ian Davidson SC – Interlocutor, and chaired by Lindsay Ellison SC, on Wednesday, 5 April 2023 at 5.00pm.

ADR is compulsory in family provision claims and almost always ordered in other equity disputes, including but not limited to succession law matters.

Justice Peden will bring a judicial view to this aspect of practice, reflecting also on her experience with ADR in her life at the Bar.
