District Court of NSW - Criminal Practice Note 23 Update

The Chief Judge of the District Court has today advised that District Court Criminal Practice Note 23 now applies to sittings of the Court at the following venues:

• Armidale;

• Goulburn;

• Grafton; and

• Tamworth.
