Tomorrow, on 29 March 2022 at 5.15pm the Practice Development Committee will host a CPD seminar on the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT).

NCAT is an enormously busy Tribunal which deals with a diverse range of matters across a multiplicity of practice areas. Lauren Sims (Martin Place Chambers) and Rebecca McEwen (Banco Chambers) are joined by Judge Susanne Cole (Deputy President of NCAT) and Kim Rosser (a Principal Member of NCAT) for a CPD aimed at giving practitioners practical insights into how to deal with a matter in NCAT from start to finish. The seminar will cover topics such as NCAT practice and procedure (including how to avoid traps for new players) and how practitioners can best provide practical assistance to the Tribunal when a matter comes on for hearing.
