Tonight, Monday 27 June 2022 at 5pm, the NSW Bar Association's ADR Committee are delighted to host the Honourable Michael McHugh AC QC speaking on the topic of 'Negotiation', particularly its relevance to barristers appearing in mediations in the civil jurisdiction. The session will discuss the techniques, issues and concerns that are relevant for better representation in negotiations on behalf of clients. The event will be chaired by Mary Walker OAM, Chair of the NSW Bar Association's ADR Committee.
