Personal Training Fitness Program

The Wellbeing Committee is trialling a personal training fitness program and want you to be a part of it.
The aim of the program is to make exercising accessible for all members, to help keep an active routine which will aid in minimising the effects of stress, anxiety and depression and improving cognitive function.
The trial will be run over the next two weeks with sessions running twice a week for forty-five minutes, completely free of charge in the Domain. The sessions will run on:
- Monday, 19 September 2022 at 4.45pm
- Wednesday, 21 September 2022 at 4.45pm
- Monday, 26 September 2022 at 4.45pm
- Wednesday, 28 September 2022 at 4.45pm
