Tomorrow: Welcome to the Bar – What I wish I knew

The New Barristers Committee will host an online event, 'Welcome to the Bar – What I wish I knew,' tomorrow Tuesday, 11 October, from 5.00pm to 6.00pm. The webinar will feature a panel of three recent former readers, Alison Hammond, David Townsend and Eric Vuu, who will share their advice and insights with the profession's newest members. Elly Phelan will chair the event.

The session will give you an opportunity to hear unfiltered advice, tips - and perhaps some amusing anecdotes - aimed at making both the transition to the Bar and navigating your first year of practice easier. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions of the panel in advance and during the session using the chat function.
