Appointments to the District Court of New South Wales

Mr Robert Stephen Toner SC and Ms Leonie Flannery SC have been appointed as judges of the District Court of New South Wales.

Ms Leonie Flannery SC has been appointed as a judge of the District Court of New South Wales, effective 20 March 2007.

Mr Robert Stephen Toner SC has been appointed as a judge of the District Court of New South Wales, effective 16 April 2007.

Details of swearing-in ceremonies will be announced closer to the date.
