Daniel Edmund Horton QC, formerly of Blackstone Chambers, died on Monday, 12 March 2007. A requiem mass will be held at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, cnr. Willoughby and Carabella Streets, Kirribilli, on Friday, 16 March 2007 at 11 a.m.

The cortege will leave the church at the conclusion of the mass for Macquarie Park Cemetery, cnr. Plassey and Delhi Roads, Macquarie Park.
