Bernie Coles QC elected the new treasurer of the Bar Association

At a meeting of Bar Council on 21 March 2007 Bob Toner SC resigned as treasurer of the Bar Association , and as a member of the Bar Council. Toner SC will take up his appointment as a judge of the District Court on Monday 16 April.

Bernie Coles QC was elected the new treasurer .

Pursuant to cl. 12.5.1. of the Bar Association Constitution, Elizabeth Olsson SC has replaced Toner SC as a member of the Bar Council.
