The Hon Athol Moffitt, a former President of the New South Wales Court of Appeal, died on 26 April 2007.

The funeral will be held at St Martin's Anglican Church, Arnold Street, Killara, on Wednesday 2 May 2007 commencing at 11:30am. A private family cremation will follow the service.
