New arrangements in the Supreme Court General Equity List

Commencing 4 June 2007, consent matters will be dealt with at the beginning of the General Equity List, immediately after referrals are taken.

Anyone wishing to mention a matter by consent should inform the court officer, identify the matter by reference to its number in the list, and hand over their short minutes of order.� The court officer will inform the registrar of the matters to be mentioned by consent.� Immediately after referrals, the registrar will deal with consent matters.� The list will then proceed in numerical order.
