District Court Strategic Plan: a reminder about submissions

In August the District Court will be reviewing and updating its Strategic Plan. The court is interested in looking at the way the court conducts its business, the efficiency of its operations and if there can be improvements in the way it interacts with other agencies that use or are concerned with operations of the court.

The court has asked the Bar Association if it wishes to submit any matters� for its consideration as part of this review.

Members who wish to put forward matters that the Bar Association might bring to the court's attention�should contact the executive director by 22 June 2007 on executivedirector@nswbar.asn.au.
