The Hon Justice Brian J Preston, chief judge, Land and Environment Court and Mary Walker will present�a seminar on the dispute resolution model under s34 of the _Land & Environment Court Act 1979.�_The seminar will also cover:�the process followed by commissioners at a s34 conciliation conference; preparation for a s34 conciliation conference; directions, documents and outcomes.
