The Land and Environment Court Rules 2007 commence today, following their gazettal. The object of these Rules is to repeal and remake the Land and Environment Court Rules 1996 in connection with the extension to the Land and Environment Court of the Civil Procedure Act 2005 and the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005.
