Redesigned civil forms

The Uniform Rules Committee has approved redesigned civil forms for use from:

>> 1 January 2008 in relation to forms relating to the Court of Appeal, and >> 29 January 2008 (commencement of Law Term) in relation to the remaining forms.

Courts will continue to accept documents prepared in accordance with the old approved forms until 30 April 2008.
