The new Court of Appeal Rules (UCPR Pt 51) commenced on 1 January 2008.� Accompanying Court of Appeal forms (UCPR 101 to 106) can be located at the Attorney-Generalâs Department's UCPR web site.
A new Practice Note will be promulgated early in the new law term.
