Federal Court notice to practitioners: revised administrative arrangements in corporations matters

The Federal Court has issued a new�notice advising of the administrative arrangements for the handling of corporations matters�in the New South Wales Registry of the court from 4 February 2008. The notice takes effect from 4 February 2008 and replaces the previous Corporations Notice to Litigants and Practitioners numbered NSW 2006/1.
