Provisions of the Police Amendment Act 2007�(NSW) have been proclaimed by SR 2008/21. The object of the Act, as stated in the explanatory notes to the Bill, is to�make miscellaneous amendments to the Police Act 1990 _and the _Police Integrity Commission Act 1996 _arising out of a statutory review of the _Police Act 1990.
