Australian Bar Association condemns Government of Fiji

The president of the Australian Bar Association, Mr Tom Bathurst QC joined the International Bar Association in condemning the decision of the Fiji Government to ban a visit of senior jurists from Australia and Malaysia visiting Fiji to examine the state of the rule of law and the independence of the judiciary.
