New extradition regulation for Australia and Hong Kong

The Extradition (Hong Kong) Regulation 2008�was listed on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments today, 7 March 2008. These Regulations repeal the Extradition (Hong Kong) Regulations and implement Australia's extradition treaty with the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
