The Chief Justice of the Federal Court of Australia has issued a new Notice concerning Tax List Directions. All taxation practitioners are invited to a Tax User group Forum concerning the new arrangements on Thursday 17 April 2008 at 5pm at the Federal Court Sydney Registry. Interested practitioners are requested to contact the court to confirm their attendance by 14 April 2008 by e-mail to: peter.pholi@fedcourt.gov.au
