Acting Judges of the NSW Supreme and District Courts

The Governor-in-Council has approved of:

The reappointment of the Honourable Acting Justice Mathews, AO, to act as a Judge and a Judge of Appeal of the Supreme Court of New South Wales for the period commencing on 16 April 2008 and expiring on 15 April 2009.

The reappointment of the Honourable Acting Justice Bryson to act as a Judge and a Judge of Appeal of the Supreme Court of New South Wales for the period commencing on 1 May 2008 and expiring on 30 April 2009.

The appointment of the Honourable Justice Jagot to act as a Judge of the Supreme Court of New South Wales for the period commencing on 1 May 2008 and expiring on 30 May 2008.

The appointment of his Honour Judge Solomon as Acting Chief Judge of the District Court of New South Wales for the period commencing on 5 May 2008 and expiring on 30 May 2008.
