Equity Family Provision Matters in the Supreme Court

The NSW Supreme Court has announced that from 20 May 2008 a registrar will sit on Tuesdays at 2.00pm to deal with family provision proceedings.�Urgent applications can continue to be dealt with in the Equity General List at 9.15am each day. These arrangements apply to new and prospective listings will not affect any existing listings.
