Victorian Bar's professional standards scheme gazetted

The Trade Practices Amendment Regulations 2008 (No.2) (Cth) have been added to the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments. The object of the regulations, as provided by the explanatory memorandum,�is to amend the Trade Practices Regulations 1974 to limit the ocupational liability of eligable members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA), CPA Australia, Professional Suveyors Occupational Association (PSOA) (NSW) and Victorian Bar Incorporated Professional Standards Schemes under section 52 of the Trade Practices Act 1974. 4 June 2008
