Law Council seminar on international commercial law and dispute resolution

The Law Council's International Law Section will host a seminar on "International Commercial Law and Dispute Resolution: UNIDROIT's contribution". The seminar will be held at Selborne Chambers, 174 Phillip St in Sydney on 26 June 2008 from 12:30pm to 2:30pm.

Professor Michael Bonell, full professor of comparative law at the Law Faculty of the University of Rome I "La Sapienza" and director of the Centre for Foreign and Comparative Law Studies in Rome, will give an in-depth presentation in relation to UNIDROIT's contribution to international commercial law and dispute resolution.
