Yoga at the Bar – Free Trial Classes and New Term

17/06/2008

Yoga classes have been running at the Bar Association for members on Tuesday mornings and Wednesday afternoons. Participants have reported that they have experienced greater flexibility, improved strength and stress relief. The current term ends inthree weeks.

Free Classes

If you are interesting in registering for the term but are still unsure, please come along to a free session in July.

Yogabowl will be offering two free yoga classes on Tuesday, 8 July at 7.15am and Wednesday, 9 July at 5.30pm.

New Term

The next term will begin on Tuesday, 22 July with classes again being held at 7.15am on the Tuesday morning and 5.30pm on Wednesday afternoons in the Bar Association Common Room.

A 10 week term will cost $150. To register please click here

There will be greater flexibility this term in that if you register for the full term of classes (ie. 10 weeks), you will be able to attend any of thetwo class timeslots. You will have the whole term to complete your 10 classes.

For example, if you decide that you wish to attend the 5.30pm class on a Wednesday but then end up being held up in court you can come the following week on the Tuesday morning. Or if you are out of Sydney for a week you could do both classes the following week.
