Application fees for lodging applications at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal

An application fee must be paid to the ADT for the review of decisions that are not prescribed under the Administrative Appeal Tribunal Regulations 1976. Pursuant to regulation 19A, the fees that are payable for lodging certain applications will increase on 1 July 2008.

The standard application fee will increase from $639 to $682. The lower application fee payable where a person elects to have a matter dealt with in the Small Taxation Claims Tribunal will increase from $64 to $68.
