New civil procedure fees to take effect from 1 July 2008

The object of the Civil Procedure Amendment (Fees) Regulation 2008 is to increase certain fees that are payable in relation to civil proceedings and�to bring into the Principal Regulation the�Land and Environment Court's fees in Class 1, 2, 3 or 4 of its jurisdiction.
The Regulation commences on 1 July 2008.
