Reminder: amendments to the Barristers

The Council of the New South Wales Bar Association, on 22 May 2008, pursuant to its powers under section 702 of the Legal Profession Act,� resolved to amend the _New South Wales Barristersâ Rules _by adding Rules 35A and 35B. The amendments take effect tomorrow, 1 July 2008. A consolidated version of the Barristers' Rules is now available on the Bar Association web site. View the New South Wales Barristers' Rules>
