The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) will host an address by James Kessler QC of the English Bar, titled�"Drafting inter vivos trusts and will trusts".�Kessler QC is the�author of many highly regarded texts and papers.�The�address�will be held�at Banco Court, Queenâs Square, on Wednesday, 9 July 2008. Proceedings will commence at�5.30pm sharp with refreshments from 7.00pm. The cost is�$40 for�members, $60 non-members.
