Freedom of information laws: changes are afoot

Cabinet Secretary, Senator John Faulkner today announced that Cabinet has agreed to abolish "conclusive certificates", allowing the�Administrative Appeals Tribunal to undertake a full merits review of a decision to claim an exemption.
