Presumed guilty? What do jurors really think? A Julie McCrossin hypothetical

Julie McCrossin will moderate a hypothetical on juries at the forthcoming International Criminal Law Congress, on Saturday, 11 October. Julie will engage in a lively and interactive discussion with the audience and a panel of experts, comprised of the Hon James Wood QC, Malcolm Knox,�Emeritus Professor Michael Chesterman and Associate Professor Jane Goodman-Delahunty.�The aim will be to identify the�key challenges facing the jury system, including the impact of the media and the Internet.
Points for discussion will include:
- relevant research and international reforms;
- the impact of high profile cases; and
- reforms to the jury system.
