Annual indexation of non-economic loss under the Civil Liability Act 2002

Pursuant to s17(1) of�the Civil Liability Act 2002, the maximum amount relating to�non-economic loss has been increased from $442,000 to $450,000, effective�1 October 2008. An order to this effect was published by Attorney General John Hatzistergos in the NSW Government Gazette on 19 September 2008 (p.9369).
